Steps to positive mental health

Mental health is just as important as physical health; many people often don’t remember to take care of their mental wellbeing.
This blog post is in collaboration with our Phoenix Project group who promote the importance of maintaining a positive mental attitude and good mental health.
Here are some steps to maintaining and reaching positive mental health:
1. Spend time outdoors.
This could be something as simple as going out into the garden for 10 minutes each day. A small effort like this can go a long way and make a huge difference in your mental health.
